Balloon Ride Reservations - NYCome join us for a Fabulous Hot Air Balloon Ride!  Reservations are required but, if you are interested in flying this weekend, please do not hesitate to call. If we still have space available, we will be happy to accommodate you on short notice. For our 2008 Spring Season Purchase your advance tickets now and save! Our 2008 flying season begins in May If you are ready to purchase tickets and make a reservation, you must call our office to do so. For reservations and complete details on available dates, exact times, current prices, and any other hot air ballooning questions, please call Lana Smith at her office: 845-856-7103 Please note: We are not in the office every day. We keep very flexible office hours. We may be travelling or attending a meeting so, if you miss us and get our voice mail, simply leave us a message and we will return your call. Lana Smith * Once a flight has been confirmed, no-show customers will not receive a refund. Customers that do not show up are responsible for payment, any collection fees, and interest. Once a customer has purchased tickets and the flight date has been confirmed, there are no cancellations / no exceptions whatsoever. Just like a rock concert or broadway play, customers are expected to show up. If a customer does not show up, the customer will still be charged full price and will forfeit the tickets.
