Lana Smith No Show Policy: * Once a flight has been confirmed, no-show customers will not receive a refund. Customers that do not show up are responsible for payment, any collection fees, and interest. Once a customer has purchased tickets and the flight date has been confirmed, there are no cancellations / no exceptions whatsoever. Just like a rock concert or broadway play, customers are expected to show up. If a customer does not show up, the customer will still be charged full price and will forfeit the tickets.
